Jen has worked in education for over 31 years.  Jen founded Dosher Education Solutions with the intention of providing practical solutions for teachers who are navigating the difficult job of educating students for the future.

 

As part of her work as a member of the International Baccalaureate Educator Network, she facilitates workshops in person and online, conducts site visits at schools, consults schools, reviews curriculum as part of the Building Quality Curriculum team, and assesses the personal project. During her teaching career, she worked in three of the IB's programs:  PYP, MYP, and DP, with her main focus being the MYP or Middle Years Programme.  She loves helping other teachers and schools find a path for better educating their students through inquiry, social and emotional learning connected to curriculum, and engaging assessment practices. 

 

Jen is an Erickson and Lanning Certified CBCI [Concept-Based Curriculum Institute] Trainer.  She is knowledgeable in creating a Concept-Based classroom and can help teachers learn to use inductive teaching inquiry practices.
